  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Prevents apples from browning.
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce Optional for drizzling.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are evenly coated.
  • Take a biscuit, flatten it slightly, and form a 4-inch round shape. Spoon a generous amount of apple filling into the center.
  • Fold the dough over the filling to form a pocket, ensuring the edges are sealed tightly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Arrange the filled biscuits in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway for even cooking.

Serving

  • Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a few minutes, and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Store leftover bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Reheat in the air fryer at 325°F for a fresh taste.
