Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional) Adjust to taste

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped For garnish

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, have your beaten egg ready, and in a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.

Coating the Chicken

  • Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Making the Sauce

  • While the chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.

Serving

  • Once cooked, toss the chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For the best texture, do not rush the coating process and ensure chicken is cooked in a single layer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
