Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 ears ears of corn Use fresh corn for the best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Melted.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Clean the corn by removing husks and silks. Carefully cut the corn ears in half lengthwise, then slice each half to create rib-like pieces.
  • In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to mix well. Brush your mixture generously over the corn ribs.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. If you prefer an extra char, cook for an additional couple of minutes.
  • Remove the corn ribs from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

For the best taste, use fresh corn when it's in season. You can experiment with spices like chili powder, cheese, or lime juice for variations. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
