Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or tenders
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
