Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 –4 tbsp milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix oats and protein powder.
  • Add nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Gently fold in sprinkles.
  • Scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  • Serve and enjoy or store for later.

Notes

  • Add more milk if mixture is too dry.
  • Add more oats or protein powder if too sticky.
  • Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
