Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups honeydew melon cubed
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of ½ lime or lemon
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest optional
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash blackberries gently and pat dry.
  • Cut honeydew in half, remove seeds, and cube into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice basil into thin ribbons (chiffonade).
  • In a large bowl, combine honeydew and blackberries.
  • Sprinkle basil over the fruit.
  • In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  • Drizzle dressing over the fruit.
  • Gently toss until evenly coated.
  • Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve chilled.
