  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Nut butter peanut, almond, or cashew
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds optional
  • Nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix yogurt with honey or vanilla if desired.
  • Add a layer of yogurt to a glass or bowl.
  • Add a layer of granola.
  • Add a layer of fresh fruit.
  • Repeat layers until full.
  • Top with nuts, seeds, or nut butter.
  • Drizzle with extra honey if desired.
