These cheesecake stuffed strawberries are an easy no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries filled with a smooth, creamy cheesecake mixture. Sweet, fresh, and perfectly bite-sized, they’re ideal for parties, holidays, baby showers, or a quick treat when you want something impressive without turning on the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • Main Ingredients
  • lbs large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • Flavor Base & Sweeteners
  • ½ cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or whipped topping
  • Pantry Staples & Optional Toppings
  • Pinch of salt
  • Graham cracker crumbs optional
  • Melted chocolate or white chocolate optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Strawberries
  • Wash strawberries and dry thoroughly.
  • Remove stems and hollow out centers using a paring knife or strawberry huller.
  • Slice a small piece off the bottom of each strawberry so they stand upright.
  • Pat dry again to remove excess moisture.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling
  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Beat until creamy and lump-free.
  • Slowly mix in heavy cream or whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  • Fill the Strawberries
  • Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner cut.
  • Pipe filling neatly into each strawberry.
  • Chill & Finish
  • Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
  • Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Strawberries must be completely dry to prevent the filling from sliding out.
  • Chill longer if the filling feels too soft after piping.
  • Best assembled close to serving time for the freshest texture.
