These cheesecake stuffed strawberries are an easy no-bake dessert made with fresh strawberries filled with a smooth, creamy cheesecake mixture. - 1½ lbs large fresh strawberries
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
- Flavor Base & Sweeteners
- ½ cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream or whipped topping
- Pantry Staples & Optional Toppings
- Pinch of salt
- Graham cracker crumbs optional
- Melted chocolate or white chocolate optional
Prep the Strawberries
Wash strawberries and dry thoroughly.
Remove stems and hollow out centers using a paring knife or strawberry huller.
Slice a small piece off the bottom of each strawberry so they stand upright.
Pat dry again to remove excess moisture.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Beat until creamy and lump-free.
Slowly mix in heavy cream or whipped topping until light and fluffy.
Fill the Strawberries
Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner cut.
Pipe filling neatly into each strawberry.
Chill & Finish
Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
