Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1/2 cup nut butter peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 –4 tbsp milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips mini preferred

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine oats and protein powder.
  • Add nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until a dough forms, adjusting texture if needed.
  • Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
  • Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  • Serve or store for later.

Notes

  • Add milk if mixture is too dry.
  • Add more oats if too sticky.
  • Use maple syrup and dairy-free chocolate chips for a vegan version.
  • Chill longer for firmer texture.
