Total Time 2 hours 14 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries washed, dried, and finely diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or thick regular yogurt
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, gently fold the diced strawberries into the yogurt until evenly coated.
  • Add honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Scoop 1–2 tablespoon portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small mounds.
  • Freeze for 1½–2 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Remove frozen clusters from the freezer. Using a fork or spoon, dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  • Place dipped clusters back onto the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Freeze again for 10–15 minutes, just until the chocolate shell hardens.
  • Serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the best creamy texture and to prevent icy clusters.
  • Make sure clusters are fully frozen before dipping to keep their shape.
  • Let melted chocolate cool slightly if it’s too hot, which helps prevent cracking.
  • These soften quickly at room temperature—enjoy straight from the freezer.
