Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract optional
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra cookies for topping, optional

Instructions
 

  • Chill mixing bowl and beaters before starting.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper if desired.
  • Chop circus animal cookies into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth (do not overmix).
  • Fold in chopped cookies evenly.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle extra cookies or sprinkles on top if desired.
  • Cover and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until firm.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping and serving.
