Preparation

  • Start by draining the can of corn and the green chilies.
  • Dice the jalapeños according to your desired spice level.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, green chilies, diced jalapeños, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  • Stir gently to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.

Seasoning

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Chilling

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dip sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
