  • Squeeze fresh lemons to obtain about ¾ cup lemon juice.
  • Add the chopped pears, lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water to a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and fully pureed.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother drink.
  • Pour the pear-lemon mixture into a large pitcher.
  • Add the remaining 2 cups cold water and stir well.
  • Mix in the sweetened condensed milk or cream.
  • Add sugar or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, stirring until fully dissolved.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Add ice cubes, stir, and serve chilled.
  • Garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe pears for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • Fresh lemon juice gives the drink a brighter, more refreshing taste than bottled juice.
  • If the lemonade is too thick, add a little extra cold water.
  • Stir the drink before serving, as creamy ingredients may naturally separate slightly.
