- ¾ cup fresh lemon juice about 3–4 lemons
- 3 cups cold water
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk or cream
- ⅓ cup sugar or honey adjust to taste

- Pinch of salt
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish

Wash, peel, and core the pears, then chop them into small pieces.
Squeeze fresh lemons to obtain about ¾ cup lemon juice.
