- 1½ lbs chicken breasts or thighs cut into even pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Seasonings & Flavor
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
- For Crispiness
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Prep the Chicken
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Lightly coat with flour, shaking off excess.
Heat the Pan
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the Chicken

Add Garlic Butter
