  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup fresh berries strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup raw almonds or mixed nuts
  • ½ cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • cups whole-grain crackers
  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 single-serve Greek yogurt cups 5–6 oz each
  • 6 cheese sticks or 1½ cups cubed cheese
  • 6 single-serve nut butter packets 1–2 tbsp each
  • 6 oz low-sodium beef or turkey jerky
  • 4 cups lightly salted popcorn

  • Seasonings Sauces, or Flavor Base
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for fruit
  • ½ tsp sea salt for nuts or popcorn
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice to prevent fruit browning
  • Optional: chili powder or paprika to taste

  • ½ cup unsweetened dried fruit
  • 4 –6 protein bars made with simple ingredients
  • Zip-top bags or reusable snack containers

Instructions
 

  • Wash and thoroughly dry all fresh fruit.
  • Slice apples and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Portion fruit into ½–1 cup servings using small containers.
  • Divide nuts, seeds, crackers, popcorn, and chickpeas into individual portions (¼–½ cup each).
  • Hard-boil eggs the night before and cool completely.
  • Roast nuts or chickpeas at 325°F (165°C) for 8–10 minutes, if desired, then let cool fully.
  • Store dairy, eggs, and fruit in a small cooler with ice packs.
  • Keep snacks within easy reach for quick, mess-free eating.
