- 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers optional
Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them if large.
Add strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
Blend again until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy with no lumps.
If using graham crackers, sprinkle a small amount of crushed crumbs into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
Pour the strawberry yogurt mixture evenly into the molds, leaving a little space at the top.
Insert popsicle sticks and gently tap the molds on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Freeze for 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
To release, run the mold under warm water for 10–15 seconds and gently pull the popsicle out.
