- 1 cup raw or roasted nuts almonds, cashews, walnuts, or pecans
- ½ cup seeds pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
- Flavor Base
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
- Pantry Staples
- ½ cup unsweetened dried fruit raisins, cranberries, cherries, or chopped apricots
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips 70% cacao or higher, optional
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Optional Roasting Step
