  • 2 tablespoons Lime dressing Keep separate until serving

  • 1 cup Medjool dates Pitted
  • 1 cup Oats Rolled
  • 1/2 cup Almonds Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 1 cup Mashed chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Vegan mayo or mashed avocado
  • 1/2 cup Diced celery
  • 1/4 cup Pickles Diced
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
