- 5 –6 ripe peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
- Cooking spray or light oil for trays
Wash, peel (optional), and slice the peaches, removing pits.
Add peach slices to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth.
Add lemon juice and optional sweetener or spices.
Blend again until fully combined.
Line dehydrator trays with nonstick sheets or parchment and lightly grease.
Pour puree onto trays and spread evenly to about ⅛ inch thickness.
Set dehydrator to 135°F (57°C).
Dehydrate for 6–8 hours until dry but flexible.
Let cool completely, then peel and cut into strips.
Roll in parchment paper and store.
