Ingredients

Gummy ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice (your choice, like orange or apple) Choose fresh juice for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup fruit puree (pureed fresh or frozen fruit) Mix flavors for unique combinations.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Prepare your silicone molds by placing them on a tray for easy handling.
  • In a small saucepan, combine your chosen fruit juice with the fruit puree. Stir until well mixed.
  • If you prefer your gummies sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and adjust to taste.
  • Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture while whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Heat gently over medium-low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Once the mixture is smooth and lightly bubbling, carefully use a dropper or small spoon to fill your molds without overfilling.
  • Place the filled molds in the refrigerator and chill for about 2-3 hours, or until the gummies are firm to the touch.
  • Once set, carefully pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy your homemade creations!

Notes

Store your gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Experiment with different fruits and flavors for variety!
