- 1½ lbs steak sirloin, ribeye, or strip steak
- Wooden or metal skewers
- For the marinade:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional:
- Red onion chunks
- Bell peppers
- Mushrooms
Cut steak into even 1 to 1½-inch cubes.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add steak to marinade, toss well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
