Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade

  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 juices Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 juices Juice of 1 orange
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

Marination

  • In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container, pour the marinade over them, and seal tightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to let the flavors penetrate.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Once ready, transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate overnight. Adjust cooking times if using different cuts of chicken, and avoid overcrowding the grill.
