Prepare the Kiwi:

Blend:
Add cooled syrup and lime juice to the blender with kiwi.

Optional: Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds for extra smooth texture.
Freeze – Ice Cream Maker Method:
Pour mixture into ice cream maker.
Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (20–25 minutes).
Transfer to container and freeze 1–2 hours to firm.
Freeze – No Ice Cream Maker Method:
Pour mixture into a shallow freezer-safe dish.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Stir with a fork to break up ice crystals.
Repeat every 30 minutes for 2–3 hours until smooth and scoopable.
Serve:
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
Garnish with kiwi slices or fresh mint if desired.
