Ingredients
  

  • For the truffle base:
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • For coating:
  • Powdered sugar
  • Shredded coconut
  • Crushed cookies or graham crackers
  • Melted white chocolate optional

Instructions
 

  • In a heat-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter.
  • Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in lemon zest and fresh lemon juice until fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  • Roll each truffle in your preferred coating (powdered sugar, coconut, or crushed cookies).
  • Refrigerate again for 20–30 minutes until fully set.

  • Avoid overheating the chocolate to prevent grainy texture.
