  • 8 pieces Buttery Hawaiian rolls Can substitute with baguette or sourdough

Preparation

  • Prepare the Lobster: If using fresh lobster, steam or boil until cooked, let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix the Salad: In a bowl, combine lobster meat, celery, red onion, and optional herbs. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the Rolls: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and toast on a baking sheet for about 5-7 minutes until golden.
  • Assemble the Crostinis: Spoon lobster salad mixture generously onto each toasted roll half.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Arrange on a platter, garnish if desired, and serve immediately.
