Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 2 –3 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt nonfat preferred
  • 2 –4 tbsp milk or almond milk
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 –2 tbsp crushed Biscoff cookies optional, use lightly

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix oats and protein powder.
  • Add Biscoff spread, Greek yogurt, and milk.
  • Stir until a soft dough forms, adjusting texture as needed.
  • Fold in optional add-ins if using.
  • Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  • Serve or store for later.

  • Measure Biscoff carefully to keep calories low.
