- 1 large onion chopped
- Flavor Base
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 4 cups beef broth
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Prepare the Beef
Pat beef dry with paper towels.
