Peanut Butter and Banana Popsicles

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 7 pieces Bananas Ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter Natural peanut butter is recommended.
  • 2 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips For dipping and coating.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start with 7 ripe bananas and 3/4 cup peanut butter.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks, then freeze for at least 4 hours.

Chocolate Coating

  • Once frozen, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
  • Remove popsicles from molds and dip into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and return to the freezer for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.

Serving and Storage

  • Serve immediately or store the popsicles in a zip-top bag in the freezer.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal. Experiment with crushed nuts or granola for extra crunch.
