Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Fruit
  • Wash and gently dry all fruit.
  • Hull and slice strawberries.
  • Cube watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
  • Halve grapes and remove any seeds.
  • Keep raspberries whole to prevent breaking.
  • Combine Fruit
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine strawberries, watermelon, raspberries, grapes, and pomegranate arils.
  • Make the Glaze
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  • Toss Gently
  • Drizzle the glaze over the fruit mixture.
  • Gently toss until lightly coated, being careful not to crush delicate berries.
  • Chill & Serve
