Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: green onions or parsley

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.
  • Add macaroni, shredded chicken, chicken broth, milk, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir gently.
  • Place cream cheese cubes on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or high for 1–1.5 hours.
  • Stir halfway through cooking to prevent sticking.
  • Once pasta is tender, stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, stir well, and garnish before serving.
