- 12 oz small shrimp peeled and deveined
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- Flavor Base & Seasonings
- 1½ –2 teaspoons Creole seasoning adjust to taste
- 1 –2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 –2 teaspoons hot sauce optional
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green onions finely sliced
- Pantry Staples
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste (use lightly)
Prep the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
Lightly season with Creole seasoning and black pepper.
Cook the Shrimp
Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
