Total Time 4 hours hrs
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk dairy or unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 2 tbsp cream cheese softened
- ½ cup fresh strawberries chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
In a bowl, whisk together milk, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Stir in rolled oats and chia seeds until fully combined.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Transfer mixture to a jar or airtight container and smooth the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Before serving, stir well and add extra milk if needed for desired consistency.
-
Softening the cream cheese first ensures a smooth, cheesecake-like texture.
-
If oats are too thick in the morning, stir in 1–2 tablespoons of milk.
-
Best texture comes from old-fashioned rolled oats, not quick oats.
