- 1 package ladyfinger cookies savoiardi

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
Quickly dip ladyfingers into the strawberry syrup.
Layer ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries in a dish.
Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
