- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries hulled
- 1½ cups plain or vanilla yogurt Greek yogurt for extra creaminess
- Flavor Base
- 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional Pantry Add-Ins
- 1 –2 tbsp milk if mixture is too thick
- 1 tsp lemon juice optional, for brightness
Blend the Mixture
Add strawberries, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Adjust Consistency
If the mixture is too thick to pour, blend in milk 1 tablespoon at a time until smooth.
Fill Popsicle Molds
Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Tap molds gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Insert Sticks & Freeze
Insert sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours, or until fully solid.
Release & Serve
Run molds under warm water for 10–15 seconds to release popsicles easily.
