Fruits and Juices

  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen) Antioxidants to boost immune function.
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice Adds sweetness and tropical flavor.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple Fresh fruit adds texture and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice Provides a citrus tang.

Dairy and Flavorings

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Adds creaminess and protein.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Adds warmth and spice.
  • 1/4 fresh ginger (peeled and grated) Provides a zesty kick.
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg For extra flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional) Sweetener to taste.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  • In a blender, combine the mixed berries, pineapple juice, and chopped pineapple. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Add the fresh orange juice and Greek yogurt into the mix and blend until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
  • Sprinkle in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Blend again briefly to fully incorporate all the flavors.
  • If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or sugar and blend once more. Taste and adjust as necessary.
  • Pour your tropical creation into a glass and enjoy every sip!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruits or reduce liquid. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
