  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Use seedless watermelon for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Optional, adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice For added zest.

Preparation

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds if necessary.
  • Place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor.
  • Add honey and lime juice, then blend until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  • Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion.
  • Insert sticks into the molds if required.
  • Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours until completely solid.
  • To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.

Notes

These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to a month, wrapped in plastic wrap or in freezer-safe bags.
