Ingredients

  • 1 –2 tbsp sugar optional
  • For the Filling:
  • 200 g white chocolate melted
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 –1 tsp peppermint extract
  • For Topping:
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
  • White chocolate curls or shavings

Instructions
 

  • Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill until firm.
  • Melt white chocolate gently and let it cool slightly.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and peppermint extract.
  • Mix in melted white chocolate until fully combined.
  • Whip heavy cream separately, then gently fold into the mixture.
  • Pour filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and chocolate shavings.
